Richard J. Slavin has joined A.Y. Strauss’s real estate practice as counsel, based in the New York office. Rich’s practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and real estate finance.

His diverse client base includes retailers, family offices, and real estate entrepreneurs. Notably, Rich maintains strong connections to his native Philadelphia and represents multiple Philadelphia-based clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters as well as New York clients investing in the Philadelphia market.

Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Rich practiced real estate with established firms in New York City and Philadelphia.

Rich earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and his B.A., magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
