A.Y. Strauss partner and Cornell alum, Lonnie Halpern is teaching Real Estate Technology and Innovation, a graduate level course for students at Cornell’s Baker Program in Real Estate this semester. This is the inaugural course on this topic at Cornell University and also the first Baker Program course taught at the Cornell Technology Campus on Roosevelt Island.
The goals of the course include, exploring the factors that have resulted in the increased focus of technology entrepreneurs and investors in the real estate space, understanding the technologies that are influencing the real estate industry and identifying the trends that are emerging. The class will consist of both lectures and guest presentations by professionals at the cutting edge of real estate and innovation.
