Russ Krivor is the CEO and Founder of Sovereign Properties. Based in New York, Sovereign Properties is a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring and developing Class A multifamily properties in select U.S. suburban markets.

Russ launched Sovereign Properties in 2017 after spending nearly 15 years spearheading the development of single and multifamily communities nationwide. As homeownership trends shifted in 2008, Russ reoriented the firm toward upscale multifamily developments. Since then, he’s developed over 6,500 apartments in high-income, supply-limited areas across the U.S.

Russ earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
