Kelly M. Purcaro, Esq., a partner at A.Y. Strauss, co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Group, and co-chair of the NJSBA Class Actions Committee, will moderate and present at a panel discussion on the first day (May 19) of the 3-day NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting. 

Entitled “A Class Action Update: Federal and New Jersey Developments for 2020-2021,” the session is co-sponsored by the NJSBA Class Actions Committee as part of the NJSBA’s Civil Litigation Track for CLE credit. The session runs from 11:45 am – 1:00 pm in Room 4. Ms. Purcaro will be joined by a panel of both plaintiffs and defense class action practitioners. Registration is at this link.
