Nandini Nair recently spoke with Newsweek about changes to the H-1B visa program and what they mean for employers, particularly how the new weighted selection system may disadvantage smaller companies.

“This change creates an unfair burden on small and mid-size companies who are the backbone of the US economy,” She said. “It rewards whoever can pay the most, not necessarily who needs the talent more. We are going to see significant deficit in our talent pool.”
