Sarah Woodruff is a senior legal recruiter at A.Y. Strauss. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s recruiting efforts, which include building relationships with the national legal community.

With nearly two decades of recruiting experience, Sarah leverages her expertise in sourcing and screening candidates, data analysis, project management, and public speaking in the firm’s continued efforts to build a national team of attorneys and supporting professionals.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was the senior recruiter and project manager for BMW of North America and the director of e-discovery for a leading legal tech recruiting firm. She was also a partner in her own recruiting agency that focused on digital media and technology.

Sarah graduated with a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
