We’re pleased to welcome Brian Kim as counsel in the Commercial Real Estate Group at A.Y. Strauss.

Brian brings more than a decade of experience advising lenders, borrowers, investors, and property owners on commercial real estate and finance transactions. His practice focuses on commercial real estate finance, asset-based lending, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and distressed real estate matters.

Brian also counsels borrowers, lenders, and special servicers in distressed real estate matters, and assists clients with loan workouts and modifications and loan sales, helping stakeholders achieve efficient resolutions in challenging circumstances.
