Our partner Glenn Azzinari recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony held by our client Saxum Real Estate for one of their latest projects, a new state-of-the-art mixed use 12-story building in the heart of Port Chester, NY. By developing a first-class building located in the center of Port Chester’s commercial district, Saxum is contributing to the town’s revitalization with the enthusiastic support of Port Chester and its Industrial Development Agency.

Glenn worked with Saxum over the course of more than a year on this project and helped prepare and negotiate the construction agreement with K.L. Masters Construction Company as well as a site development agreement with Kings Capital Construction Group. Glenn was also instrumental in successfully concluding a license with the adjacent Neri’s Bakery to allow for a crane to be placed on their property to facilitate the construction. The project is now well underway, and AY Strauss is pleased to have helped bring it to fruition.
