A.Y. Strauss is pleased to announce the addition of partner Joshua L. Weiner, who joins as chair of our expanding Labor & Employment practice group.

Josh represents employers across a wide range of matters and industries; focusing his practice on employment law compliance, liability reduction and risk mitigation for businesses. He provides clear, tailored counsel and training on issues including discrimination, wage and hour audits, employee handbooks, hiring and termination practices, and union relations. Josh also represents clients before courts and administrative agencies in litigated matters and arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Josh was a Partner and Chair of the Labor & Employment group at a mid-sized New Jersey law firm.
