Nancy presented during two sessions, “Finding, Valuing, and Dividing Assets and Debts” and “Custody, Visitation, and Parenting Plan.”

The program aims to offer advice for navigating complex challenges faced in high-net-worth divorces including asset discovery, valuation, and effective custody planning. The webinar will give attendees insight on how to help demonstrate best practices for utilizing discovery tools to find and categorize assets, discuss tips on prenuptial agreements, and develop strategies for valuing complex assets.
