A.Y. Strauss Partner Nancy C. Richmond will present as a featured panelist at the upcoming National Business Institute (NBI, Inc.) online webinar, “Next-Level Family Law: Handling High-Net-Worth Divorces,” on Tuesday, January 23rd. Nancy will lead the first three sessions of the day, “Finding and Categorizing ALL Assets,” “Challenging or Enforcing Prenuptial Agreements” and “Valuation and Division of Complex Assets,” from 10AM to 12:15 PM.

The program aims to offer advice for navigating complex challenges faced in high-net-worth divorces including asset discovery, valuation, and effective custody planning. The webinar will give attendees insight on how to help demonstrate best practices for utilizing discovery tools to find and categorize assets, discuss tips on prenuptial agreements, and develop strategies for valuing complex assets.
