Alexa Sjolund is an associate in the Litigation Group at A.Y. Strauss, where she advises clients and manages matters at every stage of litigation. Her work includes court filings, motion practice, discovery, and client counseling, with a focus on delivering thorough preparation and strategic support in complex matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexa served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Sules in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part. Her prior experience includes an internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, a summer associate role at a multidisciplinary litigation practice, and a clerkship with a boutique firm.

Alexa earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she concentrated in entertainment, gaming, sports and hospitality law. She received the Pro Bono Service Award and was active in the First Generation Law Student Society.
