Aline S. Grossman is a partner in the Real Estate Group at A.Y. Strauss. With more than two decades of experience, she represents property owners, developers, investors, and lenders in the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of multifamily, industrial, office, and select retail properties across the country. Her practice spans ground-up development, construction projects, stabilized assets, and value-add investments.

Known for her calm, client-focused approach, Aline guides clients through every stage of a transaction with precision, care, and strategic insight. Her deals are often complex and nuanced, requiring hands-on problem-solving and a deep understanding of both legal and business considerations. Clients rely on her as a trusted advisor – someone who helps them assess risk, stay focused on key issues, and make informed decisions that safeguard their long-term interests.

Additionally, Aline regularly structures limited liability companies, joint ventures, partnerships, and preferred equity arrangements. She advises clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance, and frequently resolves title, zoning, and environmental matters that can complicate commercial real estate deals.

Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Aline spent over a decade at a boutique real estate firm, where she led a wide range of commercial transactions nationwide. Earlier in her career, she held roles both in-house and at law firms, advising on corporate structuring, land development, and environmental compliance.
