Barbara A. Sanseverino is a paralegal at A.Y. Strauss, where she supports the Real Estate Group across a wide range of transactions, including commercial, residential, mixed use, retail acquisitions, mergers and sales, and refinances. She has coordinated transactions in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and more than 30 additional states across the country.

Barbara’s experience includes preparing and reviewing key transactional documents such as operating agreements, partnership agreements, estoppels, SNDAs, and assignments of membership interests. She is well-versed in 1031 exchange documentation and regularly conducts lease, title, and survey reviews, along with zoning analysis.

Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Barbara worked at a boutique real estate law firm and held positions at both small and mid-size firms in New Jersey, as well as at a national law firm. With over three decades of paralegal experience, she brings a deep understanding of real estate processes and multistate closing coordination to every matter she supports.
