Robert E. Zimet is a partner in the firm’s Litigation group. Bob is a highly experienced litigator with decades of experience serving as lead counsel in major trials and appeals in both state and federal courts across the United States. Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Bob served as a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom, LLP.

Bob has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 Companies in complex “bet the company” cases. Additionally, he has handled cases involving SEC investigations, securities disputes, corporate law matters, and precedent setting matters arising in the context of complex financial transactions.
