Sharon Swanson, Executive Director of Business Operations at A.Y. Strauss, has over eighteen years of experience in law firm management, including budget planning, cash flow management, performance analytics, billing operations and expansion of firm operations. Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Sharon worked at a New Jersey-based firm that grew from a six-lawyer operation into a regional firm, ultimately merging with an international platform. In her previous role, Sharon managed a team of thirteen members responsible for Finance Management and Accounting Operations.

Sharon has experience opening new offices across the United States and overseeing the successful integration of lateral partner teams. Sharon also oversees firm relationships with outside vendors, office management and facilities.

Dedicated to building a strong team culture, Sharon leverages her experience to assist in the development and growth of the Firm.

Sharon maintains a membership with the Association of Legal Administrators and studied accounting and finance at Rutgers University.
