Shellie Rosan is of counsel in the Real Estate Group at A.Y. Strauss. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants in financings, acquisitions, leasing, and joint venture matters.
Shellie’s practice includes single-property and portfolio acquisitions dispositions, institutional and private financing transactions, and joint venture structuring and recapitalizations. Shellie also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating retail, medical, and industrial leases. Additionally, she has experience advising clients on construction and permanent financings, preferred equity, and CMBS lending across a variety of commercial property types.
