Valeska Arce is a Legal Assistant at A.Y. Strauss, assisting the Litigation practice group with case management, legal research, and drafting of documents. Valeska has a strong background in project management, legal research, and administrative responsibilities. She has a history of working with litigation attorneys to assist with the production of case and legal documents, as well as the management of legal databases and calendars.

Prior to joining A.Y. Strauss, Valeska worked as a legal assistant at multiple New Jersey law firms specializing in personal injury, labor and employment, and commercial litigation. She also worked as a paralegal in medical, personal injury and corporate law fields across various New Jersey-based firms.

Valeska earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Union County Community College.
