Partner Gregory Skiff and Counsel Deanna Olivero successfully argued that an appeal alone, without a stay of the Trial Court’s decision, was not a valid reason to keep the impediment in place. The Superior Court agreed, immediately discharging the lis pendens and freeing Harbor Front to sell its property after more than four years of restrictions.
