A.Y. Strauss Welcomes Christopher Misa and Gifty Minnow to Litigation and Real Estate Groups

A.Y. Strauss, a leading boutique law firm focused on commercial transactions and litigation in the areas of real estate, construction contracting, corporate bankruptcy and franchise law, is delighted to announce the addition of two new associates. Christopher G. Misa has joined the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate groups, and Gifty V. Minnow has become a member of the firm’s Litigation group.

“As our firm continues to grow and evolve, we are thrilled to welcome Chris and Gifty on board,” said Aaron Y. Strauss, firm managing partner. “Their talent, dedication, and fresh perspectives will undoubtedly bolster our litigation and real estate teams, and we look forward to seeing them thrive and contribute to our shared commitment to excellence.”

Chris and Gifty both received their J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where they were members of the Rutgers Law Review. Chris later served as the review’s Commentaries Editor, and graduated magna cum laude as a member of The Order of the Coif. While in law school, both Chris and Gifty worked at A.Y. Strauss as summer associates.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a summer associate for a prominent insurance defense firm and a research intern for a wealth advisory firm while Gifty worked as a law clerk for a boutique firm focused on civil litigation and criminal defense.
