A.Y. Strauss is pleased to announce that Deanna R. Olivero has joined as Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Deanna focuses on commercial and business litigation, with extensive experience in contract disputes, premises liability, and fraud matters. She also brings expertise in fiduciary litigation and trust and estate administration, handling complex cases such as will and trust challenges, fiduciary accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, guardianships, elder exploitation, and partnership disputes.

Before joining A.Y. Strauss, Deanna was an associate at a full-service, multidisciplinary law firm, where she defended consumer reporting agencies in state and federal courts against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and managed commercial real estate disputes. She also gained valuable experience as an associate at a prominent national law firm. Earlier in her career, Deanna served as a law clerk to the Honorable David H. Ironson, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Criminal Division.
